Stop Our HOA
Do not allow the Sutton Lakes Owners Association, Inc to raise our annual assessments without the oversight of the homeowners who they were elected to represent.
Per the Florida Realty Marketplace, the average HOA annual fees in Jacksonville, Florida averages about $3,600. That is about a 900% increase over our most recent annual assessment.
As residents and neighbors of this great Sutton Lakes Community, this cannot be allowed. If this is allowed to happen, the Association will have an unlimited spending spree at the cost of our residents and neighbors.

If you cannot attend the meeting to vote:
On or about February 9th, you should have received a large envelope from the Sutton Lakes Owners Association in the mail, this is a very important document, do not throw it away. In it is a yellow document which is the Proxy which allows you to authorize someone to vote as your proxy on your behalf or to return the proxy by mail or email. Being that this was received only eight days before the vote and mail is unreliable, it his highly recommended to complete the proxy, scan it and email it to: Shanda.Thompson@sentrymgt.com. (The emailed proxies must be received by 2/16/26) Also be sure to save your scanned document and keep the sent record of your email in the event this vote should be questioned. If you are against this hike in fees, please vote no for Proposed Amendments 6 & 7.
