We cannot allow this to happen. So what can we do?
All of us must unite and fight this. This amendment is being voted on by the homeowners at the Annual Members Meeting, if there was ever a meeting to show up for and a time to vote as a member, this is it. There is too much at stake if we lose our right and power to vote and are at the mercy of the Association to decide how much they want to charge us each year.
Tell your neighbors about this, spread the word throughout the community. You have received a packet from the Sutton Lakes Homeowner's Association, a large envelope and it has important information, do not throw it away. It provides all the details of what they intend to do, and it gives instructions as to how to deliver the voter's certificate and proxy, if you can't make it.
If you have not received this packet, or have accidentally thrown it away, reach out to the Association and demand another one, this is that important. Their contact info is below. If you cannot make the meeting, then complete the yellow proxy form and scan it and email it to: shanda.thompson@sentrymgt.com.

If you cannot attend the meeting to vote:
On or about February 9th, you should have received a large envelope from the Sutton Lakes Owners Association in the mail, this is a very important document, do not throw it away. In it is a yellow document which is the Proxy which allows you to authorize someone to vote as your proxy on your behalf or to return the proxy by mail or email. Being that this was received only eight days before the vote and mail is unreliable, it his highly recommended to complete the proxy, scan it and email it to: Shanda.Thompson@sentrymgt.com. (The emailed proxies must be received by 2/16/26) Also be sure to save your scanned document and keep the sent record of your email in the event this vote should be questioned. If you are against this hike in fees, please vote no for Proposed Amendments 6 & 7.
