Stop Our HOA
Do not allow the Sutton Lakes Owners Association, Inc to raise our annual assessments without the approval of the homeowners who they were elected to represent.
Per the Florida Realty Marketplace, the average HOA annual fees in Jacksonville, Florida averages about $3,600. That is about a 900% increase over our most recent annual assessment.
As residents and neighbors of this great Sutton Lakes Community, this cannot be allowed. If this is allowed to happen, the Association will have an unlimited spending spree at the cost of our residents and neighbors.
